We revitalised the brand with a modern identity, a fully redesigned website, and a streamlined room-booking engine integrated with major OTAs—ensuring seamless guest experiences across every touchpoint. The refreshed digital and visual system reflects heritage, reliability, and contemporary comfort.
Task
Rebuild the brand’s digital presence and customer experience by implementing new identity elements, a room-booking platform, OTA integrations, and updated communication materials for both the hotel and its restaurant.
