All services provided by 8e Digital are delivered based on agreed proposals, quotations, or service agreements shared with the client before project initiation.
4.2 Payment Terms
A non-refundable advance (typically 50%) is required to start any project.
Remaining payment must be made before final delivery or deployment.
Delays in payment may delay the project timeline.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
Required content, images, and documentation
Timely approvals and feedback
Accurate business information
Access credentials (if applicable)
Delays in client inputs may extend timelines.
4.4 Revisions & Add-Ons
Projects include a pre-agreed number of revisions.
Additional revisions or new requirements will incur extra charges.
4.5 Deliverables
Final deliverables vary per project (branding assets, website files, print collateral, etc.).
Raw or editable source files (AI/PSD/Figma) are provided only if included in the contract.
5. Website Development Terms
5.1 Hosting & Domain
If hosting or domain management is requested, 8e Digital may use third-party providers.
We are not responsible for downtime caused by hosting companies.
5.2 Third-Party Integrations
Any third-party plugins, themes, APIs, or subscriptions are governed by their own licensing, pricing, and renewal terms.
5.3 Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, and security monitoring are not included unless specified in a maintenance agreement.
6. Portfolio Usage
8e Digital reserves the right to showcase:
Completed design work
Websites developed
Logos, branding, packaging
Digital campaigns
Public-facing screenshots or mockups
…as part of our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver quality work, but we are not liable for:
Loss of business, revenue, or data
Downtime caused by third-party services
Issues arising from misuse or modification by the client
Delays caused by incomplete client inputs
Security issues caused by external breaches
Our maximum liability is limited to the project fee paid.
8. Warranty & Support
Unless specified as part of a support agreement:
Websites are delivered bug-free at handover
We offer a 7–30 day support window (based on project scope)
Ongoing updates, edits, or redesigns are billable
Hosting/server/software failures are not covered under warranty
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Because digital work involves time and expertise:
Deposits/advances are strictly non-refundable
If work has started, refunds are not applicable
If a project is cancelled midway, client must pay for completed work
Files or deliverables are not handed over until full payment is received
10. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
Client business data
Project information
Login credentials
Legal documentation
Proprietary strategies
We expect the same confidentiality from clients regarding our processes.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of:
India, for Indian clients
United Kingdom, for UK clients (if applicable)
Or the region specified in the service contract
